We hope you love your purchase from Exquisitely Detailed.
If something isn’t quite right, we are happy to assist with a return for store credit under the following guidelines.

Full-price online purchases may be returned for store credit only within 14 business days of delivery.

Items received outside of this window are not eligible for return.

All sale items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Returned items must be:
• Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• With all tags attached
• Free of makeup, deodorant marks, fragrance, pet hair, smoke, or signs of wear

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these standards.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Approved returns will be issued as store credit via digital gift card.

Please note: store credit and gift cards expire after one year from the date of issue.
